The Big Fun Run

We need people to get involved and raise money for The Isabella Trust by completing a 5k fun run in Sefton park on 16th August 2014.
You do not need to be fitness fanatic to complete this as the events are not timed, many people choose to walk rather than run, and many take small children (under 5s run for FREE)
